Christmas Lists!

When I saw Josie-Mary's Christmas list I had to join in the fun!

1. Hot Chocolate or apple cider?
Can I be fussy and ask for Winter Pimms?

2. Turkey or Ham?
You can't have Christmas without a turkey but I do love ham, egg and chips for dinner on the days between Christmas and New Year

3. Do you get a fake or real-you-cut-it-yourself Christmas tree?
I've always been firm on having to have a real Christmas tree although on moving into my flat realising how fussy I am about things have to look and the cosy of buying a real tree each year I invited in my 7 foot fake tree

4. Decorations on the outside of your house?
Living in flat decorations outside aren't a possibility!

5. Snowball fights or sleddin’?
Ooooh snowball fight

6. Do you enjoy going downtown shopping?
Ermmm I think "downtown" refers to small retailers in the US so I guess it's like our British high streets which have been a saviour to me during the snowfall. Unable to drive today it's amazing the amount of last minute Christmas presents I've been able to pick up on my trip into town

7. Favorite Christmas song?
Do They Know It's Christmas.... it's been a fun tradition/joke with a dj friend of mine that at any party in the Summer we always put this on and I can guarantee it ALWAYS gets people up singing and dancing

8. How do you feel about Christmas movies?
I usually love them although this year I haven't really managed to sit down and watch any. I'm due to wrap some presents later today so maybe it's time to fit on in

9. When is it too early to start listening to Christmas music?
As per my favourite Christmas song - it's never too early

10. Stockings before or after presents?
Stockings are always the first thing to be opened... they are waiting in bedrooms for when we awake and always contained magazines and sweets to occupy my brother and I so that my parents would get some more time in bed

11. Go to someone else’s house or they come to you?
Christmas Day has always been spent at my parents and then I jump in my car and visit friends and family of an evening

12. Do you read the Christmas Story? If so when?
I don't read it.... maybe I should start

13. What do you do after presents and dinner?
Presents are opened in the morning.... there's no way I could wait till after dinner!

14. What is your favorite holiday smell?
Cinnamon!

15. Ice skating or walking around the mall?
Walking around the mall

16. Do you open a present or presents on Christmas Eve, or wait until Christmas day?
Christmas Eve I'm allowed to open one present and it's always a pair of pj's to wear

17. Favorite Christmas memory?
Boxing Day is my "real" Christmas Day when all my family and some friends gather at my parents for fun and games. One year we were playing a drawing game using an easel my younger cousin had been brought. All the family joined in.... 2 teams.... competitive spirits.... bad drawing..... we still talk about how much fun we all had cheering and encouraging each other

18. Favorite Part about winter?
Walking.... I'm usually the first to jump into my car but when the snow hits I'll happily climb into my Uggs and walk wherever I need to go!

19. Ever been kissed under mistletoe?
Not for a few years!

What would you choose?!
