I gave up on Revenge Wears Prada last week, it was far to dull with a boring storyline and as mentioned last week the characters were not coming across likeable.
This week I've popped the latest release from Lindsey Kelk into my bag, About a Girl. I've loved Lindsey's I Heart Series so I'm looking forward to reading a knew story from her. As I haven't so much as turned a page in this book yet I cannot tell you more than repeat the synopsis from Amazon below but based on the reviews I have high hopes.
Tess Brookes has always been a Girl with a Plan. But when the Plan goes belly up, she’s forced to reconsider.
After accidently answering her flatmate Vanessa’s phone, she decides that since being Tess isn’t going so well, she might try being Vanessa. With nothing left to lose, she accepts Vanessa’s photography assignment to Hawaii – she used to be an amateur snapper, how hard can it be? Right?

I actually have Revenge Wears Prada on my 'to-read' list, maybe I should take it off though after reading this! Haha. Lindsey Kelk is a great author, but I haven't read this one yet, I'll be adding it to my list!

This does sound very nice. I read every day. Mostly Regency romances.
ReplyDeleteIt does not matter what you read, as long as you do.
Take Care,
