My First Scrapbook Layout

A few years ago when struggling for Christmas gift ideas for my nan Kelly suggested making her a scrapbook
This is the first page I completed with Kelly’s assistance

stay 028

It was the perfect gift for my nan and now she is no longer with us the scrapbooks that I made her (I created one each year following the initial one) are truly treasured

Once my craft room is up and running I can't wait to start scrapbooking booking more memories

Pin It Now!

  1. That's lovely hun, you'll treasure then forever.
Want to do Ben one for his 21st but just don't know where to start for a blokey one. Girly I can do, wonder if he'll mind lots of roses 'hehe'.

  15. What a lovely idea!!!
Hmmmm, maybe I shall start saving things now that the boys are up to, will come in handy for something similar one day.
I miss my Grandma like mad. sniff... xxx

  16. Oh that lay out is so beautiful and I can imagine that this scrapbook is even cherished more now.

  17. Ah I loved this! Remember we were sprawled out on my bedroom floor!
I was giggling remembering the back to front E!!!

  18. Such a lovely thing to do! Scrapbooks tell us so much more than just a simple photo album. I always imagine people looking at them in 100s of years time and being able to understand the history of a photo. So often we have old photos but no information to go with them. x
