Painting & Pottering

I've had a very productive weekend and it feels like I haven't stopped!

There was some leisure time visiting a friend for lunch - hmmm seems I wasn't great company?!

And paying a visit to Rose at a craft market

Back home what started as the simple job of washing up turned into re-organising the kitchen

and today I painted my hall

In the midst of that I've decluttered, baked Toad in the Hole and a Victoria Sponge!

Phew, it'll be nice to go back to work tomorrow for a rest!

Pin It Now!

  1. Victoria, glad you had a productive weekend! Sometimes I feel it would be better to go to work then have to clean, declutter and rearrange things at home-LOL!!! Just remember this can all be done at home in jammies but no jammies at work-LOL!

  8. So envious you managed to do so many things! I had a mad weekend and didn't even have the time for starting packing! I had to send dad dowtown for changing some cash money into GBP and for buying me a bigger LV(not sure he will enjoy this kind of shopping though ;-)
And work will be a crazy run up till Thursday morning (hopefully boss won't bother me this time :)
    Have a lovely Monday

  21. It does sound like you need a rest after all that (love the wall colour by the way). We all mention brands in genuine posts, and I wasn't for a minute suggesting that we're doing so with greedy intentions. I believe that the odd giveaway is a win/win situation for all concerned too. What has rattled my cage is the few bloggers where quite literally every other post (at best) is all about a great freebie which 'just happened to be delivered to me'. There clearly has to have been a degree of solicitation involved unless of course the recipient's address just happens to be on their blog page?I am sure that I too will mention brands and companies but without an ulterior motive. xx
