Sunday evening is here again and I'm tucked up in bed with my laptop ready for my evenings tv entertainment; Come Dine With Me, Privileged, X Factor and Shakespeare in Love
It's been another fun filled weekend - here's what I've been up to!
Saturday was my cousins 9th Birthday and we celebrated with fireworks
it looks like some made it onto the cake!
Today me, my SIL and my friend Ben all travelled (whilst listening to Christmas songs!) to Hatfield House for their Gifts for Christmas Fair
Our mouths watered at the sweets on offer
and Ben stocked up some sausages for Christmas Day
I brought some lovely Christmas cards and these two brooches, a gingerbread man for Christmas and the girl I thought looked like me!!!
Later that afternoon I joined local residents for our Rememberance Day Parade
What did you get up to?
What a great weekend. I think you would have had to drag me away from the sweeties LOL! Love the brooch (and it does look like you) X
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have had a great weekend!

Glad you had a lovely weekend, the fair looked wonderful. I have been trying to ward off a cold, hopefully I will be better for Thursday.

Great Christmas purchases! Yesterday I went shopping too, while today I've been locked at home as it's pouring down since last night)
ReplyDeleteDid you all go to the hairdressers?!I love your hair colour!
The fair looks wonderful!!!
ReplyDeleteThis weekend I finally watched disc 1 and 2 of the Darling Buds of May on Netflix and LOVED it ...
OOh that vintage fair looks a bit of alright! I didn't get out as much as I'd have liked, but I did do some scrapbooking ALL DAY today and caught up with the Remembrance Day parade on TV. 25 years ago my brother was in it - he was at the Royal Albert Hall on the Sat evening (he was even shown on camera, very exciting) and at the Cenotaph all morning, standing in one spot for HOURS before the parade started. They had to train for months to know how to stand all day like that. I wouldn't last five minutes! (can't comment under my main blog, which is www.wagwaan.typepad.com, so I've put it here!)
ReplyDeleteHiya hunni
ReplyDeleteLook's like you've had a fab weekend.
We've been giving our shop a bit of a makeover this weekend so Unfortunatly it's been a weekend full of moving furniture, scrubbing floors and painting wall's. Only one more day of it to go and we should be finished I hope lol
(((hugs)))
